Welcome to the info hub. Everything you need to know about shopping at Golem is here. 

• What is Golem? We are an LGS (local game shop), but unlike most game shops we don't just sell trading cards, video games, or board games - we sell them all! Everything from Tarot to plushies to puzzles can be found on our shelves, but we definitely specialize in Magic: the Gathering and Pokemon!
• How to get in touch? We have the live chat widget at the bottom of your screen (just leave this window open, we'll respond eventually!) You can also drop an email to oracle@golemgames.co or call us during business hours at 786 831 1646.
• Shipping. We ship everything out of our Miami store in one business day. Shipping is $5.99 flat rate to the USA, and free on orders over $100. Orders will ship by USPS or UPS depending on size and location. You may also select a specific shipping service at checkout. We are not currently shipping outside the USA.
• Store hours & location. We're open daily 2pm-midnight EST at 16460 NE 16th Av, North Miami Beach, FL 33162.
• Store parking. In front or behind the store building, across at the library, or public street parking near the soccer fields by the store.

• Return policy. Contact us within 7 days of receipt if your order is damaged or defective, or you are otherwise dissatisfied with your order. Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded upon return of the original shipment.
