Return Policy

1. For purchases made with fiat currency (USD, EURO etc), customer has 10 calendar days upon confirmed delivery of the item to initiate a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and once the item is received back, a refund will be granted in full to the original payment method, including any shipping costs. Used games and consoles, all other used items, and all trading cards and sealed trading card products are final sale and can only be returned within 10 days for store credit if not functioning properly, are damaged on arrival or are not in advertised condition.

2. For purchases made with cryptocurrency, instead a store credit will be provided for the USD equivalent subtotal at time of purchase. This is due to the high volatility of cryptocurrency.

3. If item is not received in condition at time of sale, damages/cleaning/repair fees may be assessed from the refund amount, at the sole discretion of Golem Games. If you are uncertain if you want to keep an item during the 10-day return window, please take good care of it so we can find it a new home!
